The third parties Alconost uses to run Localize.io, under the Data Processing Addendum. Account owners are told by email at least 30 days before one is added or replaced.
| Subprocessor | What for | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| OpenRouter | Routing every call to an AI model | Prompts and answers, under zero data retention | United States |
| AI model providers, directly or through OpenRouter: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Mistral, xAI, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Bedrock | Translation, checks, reading screenshots, searching translation memory | Prompts and answers, under zero data retention | United States and European Union, by provider |
| Cloudflare | Network transit to our servers, and hosting localize.io | Requests in transit; website traffic | Global |
| Sign-in with Google; website analytics, with consent | Email address and name; website usage | United States | |
| SendGrid (Twilio) | Sign-in codes, invitations, notices to linguists | Email addresses and message text | United States |

Our own servers are in the European Union. When a client uses its own OpenRouter key, OpenRouter and the model providers act under the client’s agreement with OpenRouter rather than ours.
