By using our Services, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you are not granted rights to use our Services, and you should not access Localize. By using our Services you provide us with information, files, and folders that you submit to Localize ("your works"). You retain full ownership to your works. We don’t claim any ownership to any of it. These T&Cs do not grant us any rights to your works or intellectual property except for the limited rights that are needed to run the Services, as explained below.
We may need your permission to do things you ask us to do with your works, for example, hosting your files, or sharing them at your direction. This includes product features visible to you, for example, image thumbnails or document previews. It also includes design choices we make to technically administer our Services, for example, how we redundantly backup data to keep it safe. You give us the permissions we need to do those things solely to provide the Services. This permission also extends to trusted third parties we work with to provide the Services, for example Amazon Web Services, which provides our storage space (again, only to provide the Services).
You represent and warrant that you have all right, title, and interest in your works and your works will not infringe upon any third party's rights. You hereby agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless Localize and its affiliates and its current and past directors, officers and employees from and against all claims brought by third parties related to any copyright infringement. All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to copyright) in your works shall vest in you; all intellectual property rights in your translated works will be assigned to you.
No matter how the Services change, we won't share your content with others for any purpose unless you direct us to. How we collect and use your information generally is also explained in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for your conduct, the content of your files and words, and your communications with others while using the Services. For example, it's your responsibility to ensure that you have the rights or permission needed to comply with these T&Cs.
The materials appearing on Localize site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Localize does not warrant that any of the contents or materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Localize may make changes to the contents and materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Localize does not, however, make any commitment and have no duty to update the materials.
Localize has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Localize of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at your own risk.
